The Petromservice company may change its name to PSV Company, Romanian NewsIn news agency informs. The decision was based on a deal signed with Romanian oil group Petrom in 2005 trying to prevent any affiliation between the two companies.
A final decision in this regard should be taken before the end of the year as a preliminary deal between the main associates in the company was already signed in this regard in February 2007.
Petromservice is a company established in 2002 as a result of the externalization of several Petrom services.
NewsIn reports that shareholders decided at the February meeting that the management of the company be coordinated by five people - all members of the board. The five are former general manager Sorin Mihai, Ioan Bohalteanu, Gheorghe Supeala (the current general manager), US citizen Rino Graziano Raicovich and Bogdan-Radu Negrutzi.
