Hungarian Foreign Ministry worried with investigations on UDMR members

The Foreign Minister in Budapest, Kinga Goncz, is worried with the criminal investigations opened against some of the members of the Hungarian Minority's Democratic Union (UDMR), including the Telecomm Minister, Nagy Zsolt, BBC informs.
According to the same source, the position of the Hungarian diplomat was bought to the attention of the Romanian ambassador in Budapest, Irene Comaronschi.

Kinga Goncz said that the political involvement of the Hungarian Minority on a national level should not be jeopardized by tactical actions on a short term.

On June 11, president Traian Basescu suspended IT&C Minister Zsolt Nagy, for being under criminal investigation "for supporting an organized international criminal group".

Zsolt Nagy is under criminal pursuit in a file regarding strategic privatizations, accused of offering confidential data for the espionage network led by Bulgarian Stamen Stanchev.

Vice prime minister Marko Bela is also under investigation for money received for his future books.
