Temperature in Bucharest dropped towards 0 C this morning and a first snow fell. The City Hall Winter Operative HQ is ready to intervene with over 400 heavy machines, since every year the snow is not as much a reason for joy as it is for an impossible surface traffic. Fortunately, noon was a bit warmer and circulation is still normal.
